- Check the functionality of the equipment on a regular basis and report any maintenance requirements.
- To ensure the highest served quality and consistent product standards, check the temperature of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment on a regular basis to make sure it is within the standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create meals while adhering to hygienic standards, safety protocols, and culinary instructions.
- Notifies the management on duty of any potential safety risks or employee accidents.
- Handle any customer complaints, suggestions, special requests, and ideas professionally and report them to the manager who is on duty.
